We stand behind the quality of our leather products. Each Naleeni Leatherworks product comes with a 10 year warranty. If any item breaks during that time under normal wear and tear, we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange the product for you. All hardware is warrantied for the life of the belt. If there is any problem such as a faulty snap or buckle, simply send it to us for repair and we will send it back to you free of charge! For warranty coverage you must provide proof that you are the original purchaser.
We currently ship domestically (within the continental United States) through the United States Postal Service. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $49.99 before tax. We charge $5.99 for one-way shipping on orders under $49.99. Because we custom make the orders as they come in, please allow us 48 hours to ship the item. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email to track your package.

We will accept returns for up to 14 days with proof of purchase. Since all our pieces are custom sized specifically for the wearer, we only accept returns for quality issues. The product must be in new condition to receive a refund upon return. If you feel that there are any issues with the quality of the item, please contact us so we can help determine if your issue is covered under our warranty. Remember that leather is a natural product and that some variations in color, textures, etc. are to be expected.
